  • Describe the problem you want to face on in one sentence. – It can be a development field of your organization or a general issue.
  • What approaches come to your mind to work on that?

  • Come together and exchange your ideas in a circle. First you have a few minutes to read the case of one other person and think about it: What do you think about the idea?
